    You have a whole 100 nights to see if you like your 10:PM products. If you don’t love it, simply send it back within that time for a full refund. If you are not in Metro Sydney, Brisbane or Melbourne there may be charges for the return.

  • When does the 100-Night Trial start?

    Your 100-Night Trial starts from the day you receive your 10:PM order.

  • Which products does the 100-Night Trial apply to?

    Enjoy the 100-Night Trial on all Mattresses and Pillows for peace of mind when purchasing (We don't think there will be an issue!)

  • What happens to returned mattresses?

    Returned mattresses are handled responsibly. Depending on the condition, they may be refurbished, donated, or disposed of in an environmentally friendly manner.

  • Does the trial period take promotions or discounts into account?

    No, the 100-night trial is applicable regardless of any promotions or discounts applied during the purchase. Your satisfaction is our priority, and we want you to feel confident in your decision.

  • Are there restrictions on the number of returns allowed within the trial period?

    We want our customers to be confident in their purchase. While there are no strict limitations, we encourage fair usage of the trial period. 10pm has the right not to sell to a customer.

Shipping & Delivery

  • Where do you deliver to?

    We currently delivery to New South Wales, Queensland and Victoria. If you live out of those regions, please reach out to us.. we have been known for our special deliveries!

  • How quickly can I receive my order?

    If you order before 12pm and live in a metro area, we can get your order ready to be picked up that afternoon for a delivery next day. If you live in a rural area it can take up to 5 days depending on how far away you live! Australia is a BIG place! We do our best to get your order out as quick as we can, but there can be delays with the couriers.

  • Can I change my delivery times?

    Certainly! Just email us at support@10pm.com.au with an order number and we can make those changes for you.

  • Can I order now for a later delivery?

    Yes! Just add to cart and follow the prompts, once you get to our date picker you can select a day that works best for you.

  • Is my delivery free?

    Free delivery for Metro Sydney, Brisbane and Melbourne. For all other orders outside of those areas, there will be a charge.

  • What do I do if my mattress arrives damaged or defective?

    In the rare event that your mattress arrives damaged or defective, please contact our customer support immediately. We will work to resolve the issue promptly, either by sending a replacement or providing a refund.

  • Do you provide tracking information?

    Yes, once your order is shipped, we will email you a tracking number so you can monitor the progress of your delivery.

  • What happens if I'm not home during the delivery?

    Our delivery partners usually require a signature upon delivery. If you're not available, they may leave the package in a secure location or attempt redelivery.

  • Do you offer weekend or evening deliveries?

    Our standard deliveries are typically scheduled during weekdays snd can be delivered early evening depending on the delivery provider.

  • Is there an option for in-store pickup?

    Currently, we only offer shipping to your provided address. In-store pickup is not available for our mattress in a box products.

    Yes! However it can take up to 3 days for your 10pm mattress to get to its correct shape.

  • How long can my mattress remain in the box?

    We recommend getting your mattress out of the box when you first receive it! If you need the mattress at a later date, you can always book a later delivery.

    Unbox your 10pm mattress in a well-ventilated room. Allow it to expand to its full size, which usually takes a few hours. It's ready to use once fully expanded.

  • What's the best way to clean my mattress?

    We recommend using a mattress protector to prevent stains. For spot cleaning, use a mild detergent and a damp cloth. Avoid soaking the mattress, and let it air dry.

  • Can I use an electric blanket with my 10pm mattress?
