The 10:PM Difference

If you look under the covers we think you’ll like what you see.

Our ethos, materials and processes are all part of the 10:PM promise of a good night’s sleep. Nothing to hide here.

Comfort without compromise

The comfort and support you need for a great sleep: quality mattresses and bedding, designed for comfort and durability, from premium materials unmatched by our competitors.

Absolutely none of this stuff you don’t need: middleman mark-ups, awkward moments in mattress showrooms, shoddy offshore manufacturing, or cheap, overhyped materials.

Down to Materials

Innovation meets relaxation

Relax… we got you. As well as the best materials and clever construction for a better-quality sleep, every 10:PM mattress is made from 35 years of experience selling (and sleeping on) mattresses and based on the latest sleep research.

Aussie made for Aussie sleepers

Here to help Aussies sleep comfortably, from sticky summer nights to lazy Sunday lie-ins. Making mattresses in Sydney means a lower carbon footprint, faster delivery and less time spent compressed in a box.

It also supports the Aussie economy and lets us keep the promise we make to you: total control over design, materials, and quality at every step.

The Nitty Gritty

10:PM Materials

Made by Australasia's largest bedding manufacturer, every mattress combines top quality materials, technology and innovation essential for a comfy, breathable, super supported nights rest. All at a price you won’t lose sleep over.

For optimum comfort and support, 10:PM mattresses use premium foams by Australia’s foam specialist Dunlop. They combine open cell breathability plus cool gel, for excellent airflow and temperature regulation. Unlike some other beds, our foams are designed specifically for mattresses, to last longer and support you better.

  • MemoryGel Contour Foam

Cool comfort’s at the top of your ‘must have’ list, so we put it on top of our mattress. An advanced, gel-infused layer gives you – and your bedmate – pressure relief and optimal heat regulation. Unique gel particle technology draws heat away from hot spots and redistributes it to cooler extremities. No more icy feet!

  • ComfyCore foam

Our premium, open cell memory foam is dense enough for a supported sleep, but soft and breathable. Its superior airflow works to redistribute excess body heat. Advanced foam technology (unique in Australia) springs back after every compression – so it’s all right on the night.

  • PowerSupport foam

The foundation for support and durability, our high performing, high density structural foam is engineered to prevent sinking and sagging while gently cradling the whole body. Open-cell technology at every level enhances airflow, keeping your mattress cool and dry from top to base.

Covers are spun from soft sustainable SeaQual® Yarn and TENCEL™. SeaQual is a premium, earth-friendly yarn made from recycled plastic bottles gathered from the ocean. Each Queen 10:PM bed prevents at least 29 plastic bottles from polluting the planet’s waterways. TENCEL™ is a sustainably grown plant-based fibre, known for combining comfort with low environmental impact.

Heat-tempered pocket springs create lift and airflow for healthier back alignment and full-body support in any sleeping position. These independent springs individually conform to the pressure points created by your unique body shape, gently mapping areas where support is needed most.

Sleepers with allergies or asthma can breathe a little easier, thanks to our antimicrobial treatment. It inhibits mould, mildew, bacteria and dust mites, reducing allergen and odour potential, for a healthier, more hygienic sleeping environment.

This breathable membrane absorbs or releases heat as needed. Our most advanced tech for the perfect sleep temperature.

Each 10:PM mattress cover contains at least 23 ocean recycled plastic bottles

More sustainable sleep

While a 10:PM bedtime is good for people, we want it to be good for the planet too. So we're doing our bit, from materials through to manufacturing and end of life, to trim our waste line, reduce our carbon footprint and use Aussie ingenuity to give old foams a new life.

Mother Nature could use our help. We use TENCEL™, made from sustainably grown forests, and SeaQual® Yarn from recycled plastic bottles, to lower our carbon footprint. 10:PM beds are here for a good time and a long time, giving years of comfort, without costing the earth – conserving precious resources and reducing waste.

If we’re being straight-up, manufacturing takes energy. By making our mattresses at manufacturing facilities here in Australia instead of overseas, and working as efficiently as possible , we can keep our emissions and impact a whole lot lower than some of our competitors.

Our beds are designed and made to give you years of good nights. But once you part ways, we’ll take the foam from your used mattress, and give it a new life as carpet underlay. We’re also working on how more of our components can biodegrade at the end of life to reduce our waste impact. And if your 10:PM mattress is only gently used, we’ll get it into the hands and home of someone in need.
